Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI, or banking details go directly to Razorpay over an encrypted connection — we never see or store them. Razorpay's own privacy policy applies to payment processing.

How we use your information

• To process and deliver your orders and send order-related emails (confirmation, shipping, returns).
• To respond to your messages and support requests.
• To send the newsletter — only if you subscribed, and you can ask to be removed at any time.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and to remember your cart, and local storage in your browser for preferences like dark mode and recently-viewed books. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Data security & retention

Passwords are stored only as strong one-way hashes. Order records are retained for accounting and legal purposes. If you would like your account removed, please contact us and we will delete your personal data except where the law requires us to keep it.
