7-day return window

If a book reaches you damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery. Open the order in My Orders and use the Request Return option, describing the issue briefly.

Return eligibility

• The book should be unused and in the condition you received it.
• Returns are accepted for damage in transit, printing/binding defects, or an incorrect title being shipped.
• Please retain the original packaging until your return request is resolved.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order yourself from My Orders any time before it ships. Once an order is shipped it can no longer be cancelled, but the return window above applies after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return request is approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method via Razorpay. Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5–7 business days of being initiated, depending on your bank.
