Shipping Policy

Serviceable areas

We currently ship anywhere in India. Orders are dispatched from Maharashtra via trusted courier and postal partners. We do not yet offer international shipping — readers outside India can order many of our titles through our Amazon listings.

Shipping charges

• Free shipping on orders of ₹500 or more.
• A flat fee of ₹50 applies to orders below that amount.
• Unusually heavy parcels (over 1 kg) may carry a small additional surcharge, shown clearly in your cart before you pay.

The exact shipping charge for your order is always displayed in the cart and at checkout — there are no hidden fees.

Dispatch & delivery timelines

• Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment.
• Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
• Once your order ships, we update its status in My Orders along with the tracking reference where available.

Delays

During festival seasons or courier disruptions, delivery may take longer than the usual window. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us with your order number and we will trace it with the courier.
