ज्येष्ठ कवयित्री सुमती लांडे यांच्या कवितेत मानवी संवेदना, जीवनानुभव आणि माणूसपणाचा गाभा प्रभावीपणे व्यक्त होत असल्याचे साहित्यिक राजन खान यांनी त्यांच्या समग्र कविता पुस्तकाच्या प्रकाशनप्रसंगी सांगितले.

ज्येष्ठ कवयित्री सुमती लांडे यांच्या ‘समग्र कविता’ या पुस्तकाचा प्रकाशन सोहळा नाशिक येथे आयोजित करण्यात आला. कार्यक्रमात प्रसिद्ध साहित्यिक राजन खान यांनी सुमती लांडे यांच्या कवितांचे रसग्रहण करताना त्यांच्या लेखनातील मानवी संवेदना आणि व्यापक माणूसपण अधोरेखित केले.
राजन खान यांनी नमूद केले की, सुमती लांडे यांच्या कवितेत व्यक्त होणारे ‘अहंपण’ हे संकुचित स्त्री-अहंकाराचे नसून मानवी अस्मिता आणि माणूसपणाचे आहे. त्यांच्या कविता वैयक्तिक अनुभवांतून जन्म घेत असल्या तरी त्या व्यापक मानवी भावविश्वाशी जोडल्या जातात.
कार्यक्रमात रंगनाथ पठारे, रावसाहेब कसबे, विश्वास ठाकूर, प्रकाश होळकर यांच्यासह अनेक साहित्यिक आणि रसिक उपस्थित होते. पुस्तक प्रकाशनासोबतच सुमती लांडे यांच्या कवितांवर परिसंवाद आणि चर्चासत्रांचेही आयोजन करण्यात आले.
साहित्यिकांनी त्यांच्या कवितेतील आत्मीयता, भावविश्व, सामाजिक जाण, स्त्री-अनुभव आणि मानवी नात्यांचे सूक्ष्म चित्रण यावर विचार मांडले. कवितेचे मानसशास्त्रीय आणि सामाजिक संदर्भातूनही वाचन होण्याची गरज व्यक्त करण्यात आली.
या कार्यक्रमातून सुमती लांडे यांच्या दीर्घ काव्यप्रवासाला साहित्यिक मान्यता मिळाली आणि त्यांच्या समग्र कविता या पुस्तकाने मराठी कवितेतील त्यांच्या योगदानाचा व्यापक आढावा वाचकांसमोर आणला.
Veteran Marathi poet Sumati Lande’s collected poems were released at a literary programme in Nashik, where noted writer Rajan Khan offered a thoughtful appreciation of her poetic work.
Khan observed that the sense of self expressed in Lande’s poetry is not limited to a narrow gender identity. Instead, it represents a broader human consciousness and emotional experience, making her poems relatable beyond the boundaries of individual biography.
The event brought together several prominent literary personalities, including Ranganath Pathare, Raosaheb Kasbe, Vishwas Thakur and Prakash Holkar, along with poets, critics and readers.
Alongside the book launch, discussions were held on the themes and literary value of Lande’s poetry. Speakers reflected on her treatment of human relationships, women’s experiences, emotional life, social awareness and psychological depth.
The publication of “Sumati Lande Yanchya Samagra Kavita” brings together her poetic journey in one volume and offers readers a broader view of her contribution to contemporary Marathi poetry.
